Xbox Series X|S Repair done properly, the first time.
Series X and Series S consoles run hot and stand vertically, so a knock against the HDMI cable or a dust-clogged vent can take one out of action. We repair both models at board level — HDMI 2.1 port replacement, power and startup fault diagnosis, cooling service — and test everything at 4K before you collect.
The HDMI port handles full 48Gbps bandwidth on these consoles, and a damaged port shows up as no signal, dropouts or a green screen. We replace it with micro-soldering and verify 4K 120Hz output and HDR handshake rather than just checking that a picture appears. Startup errors and consoles that will not power on are traced through the power supply, voltage rails and storage subsystem to find the actual failed component.
Heat is the other recurring theme: we deep clean the heatsink, replace fans with worn bearings and renew thermal compound so the console stops ramping to full speed. On Series X we repair or replace optical drives that no longer read or eject, preserving the drive pairing, and on any model we handle storage faults and expansion card issues, including system software reinstallation when the internal SSD is replaced. Controllers get new analog sticks for drift, plus bumper, USB-C and battery repairs.
