Xbox One Repair done properly, the first time.
Xbox One consoles fail in predictable ways: the HDMI port cracks, the optical drive stops recognising discs, the original hard drive goes slow or dies, and a decade of dust turns a quiet console into a loud one. All of it is repairable, and usually for far less than a replacement console.
HDMI port damage causes no-signal, flickering or a picture that drops out, and we replace the port with proper micro-soldering equipment and test on multiple displays. When a console powers up but throws a startup error such as E100, E102 or E105, the cause is usually the internal drive or its software, so we test the drive, reinstall the system software and replace the storage when required — upgrading to an SSD at the same time makes load times much shorter.
Disc drives that will not spin up, read or eject are repaired or replaced with the drive pairing retained. On the original Xbox One the external power brick fails more often than the console itself, while One S and One X use an internal power board; both are repaired here. Finally, we strip out the dust, renew thermal paste and replace noisy fans, so the console stops overheating and roaring during long sessions.
