iPhone 6 Repair done properly, the first time.
The iPhone 6 and 6 Plus are the oldest iPhones we still work on, and they have one famous board-level weakness: the touch IC fault that leaves a flickering grey bar at the top of the screen with dead touch. It is repairable, and fixing it is far cheaper than replacing the phone.
iPhone 6 and 6 Plus screen repair replaces cracked or flickering displays with quality panels, tests touch across the whole surface and checks the front camera and earpiece after reassembly. On the larger 6 Plus we also check for chassis flex, which is what triggers the touch IC failure in the first place.
That touch IC fault — grey flickering bar, unresponsive upper screen, sometimes worsened by twisting the phone — is repaired at board level with micro-soldering, not by swapping a screen. We also replace long-dead batteries so the phone holds a charge again, repair Lightning ports, replace camera glass and recover water-damaged units where the board is still sound.
